Excellent "home style" country food, amazing customer service, and a decent atmosphere. Nothing fancy, nothing over the top, you walk in and pretty much know exactly what you're getting into as far as restaurants go. The greens, cornbread, chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy, catfish, and even the bbq are all amazing. If you can't decide where to eat, and you're in the Church Hill area, definitely stop in and give Randall's a try. They have something for just about everyone, and it's saying something that this place is one of my mamaw's absolute favorite places to eat (she can be beyond picky when it comes to eating out at a restaurant)

One of the best omelets I’ve ever had. It was so good. I wanted to get it all, but it was so much I couldn’t. And for under 10 a bargain! Service was really good too.

This establishment has been a staple in my community for several generations, and I can't wait to bring my grandkids here when I'm a fat old man. The food is always cooked to perfection, no matter what dish you order, I've never had a bad meal here. This is the best place in East Tennessee to get a Western omelet, a plate of chicken livers, and a few slices of butterscotch pie. Kara is one of the most kind people working here. She always has a warm smile on her face, is friendly, personable,and benevolent. She keeps your drink filled and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Marie and Ellie always greet you the moment you set foot inside, and both are a beacon of hospitality. All of the other folks working here are also fantastic.. Renee, Bonnie and the ones behind the scenes. The building is clean, well kept, and decorated beautifully. You can tell that all members of management take pride in their craft. There's no other business that I've been to in my whole life that makes me feel at home more than Randall's in Church Hill. Thank you all for everything you do!!

Always GOOD country food and a great value! I love breakfast here before a long hike. It's a little old fashioned, so don't come expecting a trendy decor or music. But come hungry if you are a local, or come for some true backwoods country flavors if that's what you want to try. The hash browns are crisp, the biscuits are perfect and the gravy is a hint of brown like Grandma's, so bring a big ripe to slice up on top.

Staff is always super friendly. Great burgers and the chicken sandwich is my favorite. The butterscotch pie is by far the BEST my husband and I have ever tasted! Treat yourself to dessert, highly recommend the coconut pie or strawberry shortcake as well. The biscuits and gravy at breakfast...yummo.
